I booked a "suite room" online for $315.
It was a very comfortable cabin with an area of 21 square meters, a bathroom, and a terrace.
Departing from Osaka Port at 7:05 PM and arriving at Beppu Port at 6:55 AM.

Not many Sunflower songs were played on this ferry. Maybe a little unsatisfactory. But it was a great voyage!😄

ご飯は別料金とは言え、リーズナブルでかつ申し分の無い内容。 スイートルーム利用で、運賃と合わせて５万円以下だなんて！（採算取れるの？と余計な心配😅） 新しくてゴージャスで全ての設備が充足した、とっても素敵な船ですね♪ お陰様で快適なバーチャル船旅を堪能させていただき感謝です✨ 次回も楽しみにしております！！☺

That song was not played as much on this most recent Sunflower ferry as on other Sunflowers. That was a bit disappointing, but also a refreshing experience.🙂

So impressive as are many of the Japanese Coastal Ferries. A recent vlog on KZfaq by another Japanese channel showed their experience on the “Spirit of Tasmania” here in Australia. That shipping company could learn so much from Japan as to how to design ships and facilities that are great value, have excellent accommodation choices and decently priced food options…well done Japan!

Thanks for you reply. The review given for “The Spirit of Tasmania” ferry unfortunately though respectful showed one of three Deluxe Rooms only on the whole ship. The remainder of rooms on this ship are small, with many not having windows and feeling very claustrophobic. They have no TV’s, tea or coffee making facilities in room and a bottle of water is $7. Food although ok is limited in choice and expensive.

I keep discovering your excellent videos, thank you. Personally I prefer the ferry between Hokkaido and Nagoya, because when I was there in November, the bath was open the whole night, and it was a pure blessing with my jetlag!

いつも動画を見ていただき、感謝申し上げます。たまには贅沢したいと思い、この船室で旅してみました。フェリーは乗船と下船の時間が決まっていて、このへんでもう少し融通が利くといいのにと私も思います。ただ、限られた人員で日々運航しているので、やはりそれは厳しいのでしょうね。機会があれば、ぜひフェリー旅を楽しんでくださいね。😄

The previous generation of Sunflower ships currently serving as ferries in Indonesia are Dharma Ferry 7 (Sunflower Satsuma) & Dharma Kencana 7 (Sunflower Kirishima). I hope you can try it in Indonesia, because all the facilities are still the same.

Desde España un gran saludo. Si yo tuviese dinero, que no lo tengo, recorrería Japón en tren y ferry. Son las mejores formas para disfrutar de lo auténtico, fuera del turismo que te obligan a realizar en las agencias de viaje.😊❤

I enjoy your videos, but can I offer some suggestions? Watching these kinds of quiet travel videos is a great way to relax, but you make everything go by so fast. You don't spend much time showing us something, before you're onto the next shot of something else. If you would slow down a little, it would give people a little more time to enjoy each thing you show us. A lot of it feels very rushed. Keep up the good work!

For some reason the subtitles are absolutely tiny and unreadable which is a shame as I have no idea what info I'm missing but even with my glasses on I cannot read them. I'm not sure if there's any way you could mAke them slightly bigger. It would make the video more enjoyable for English speakers ❤

I know how to get my call list and contacts etc I know how to get on KZfaq and select a video that's about all I can do so far. I don't know why the subtitles have gone tiny. I sent you the same comment as I did in my response to your question in the other video. If you are watching youtube on your computer, go to the gear symbol at the bottom right of the screen, then "Subtitles", then "Options". There you can change the text size. If you are using an iPhone, go to "Settings" -> "Accessibility" -> "Hearing Support" section -> "Standard and Barrier-Free Subtitles If you are on android, go to "Settings" -> "Subtitles" -> "Subtitle Size and Style" How about the above?😊

This goes much too quickly between sections for me to read and take in the scene. It's like a photo album. I suggest taking your time; let your viewers know what it is like to touch, stand in, taste, and otherwise feel the experience.

The subtitles didn't explain it well enough, but ages 3 and under are free; ages 4 to 6 are $4. Eat a lot!😊

일본 국내의 페리 티켓은 인터넷으로 예약할 수 있지만, 대부분의 사이트가 일본어만 지원하며, 영어는 조금만 지원한다. 하지만 일본의 페리는 연말연시와 초여름, 그리고 8월 중순을 제외하고는 만석이 되지 않는다. 외국인이 일본 페리를 타려면 여행사를 통하거나 직접 페리 회사 창구에 가는 것이 확실하다.🙂

Thank you for your comment. It was a very good dinner buffet with inexpensive prices. The barley shochu from Oita was wonderful.😄

スイート４万か いい部屋だし留まりたいが航路のうち半分以上は寝てるので高いな 夕食ビュッフェは大したことなさそう 結論としてコスパに合わない フェリー旅は見合せだな
