This looks very good! What is the difference between mayonnaise and Japanese mayonnaise? Can regular mayonnaise be substituted?

Hi, yes, you can use regular mayonnaise if you can’t find the Japanese one. The key difference is that Japanese mayonnaise is made with egg yolks only, which has a richer and more custard like texture. You can try both in the future to compare the results :)
