Hamburg Steak : it is Japanese style steak, made from ground meat with finely chopped onion, egg and breadcrumbs flavored with various spices. It is softer and healthier than Steak!

We ate here in Osaka, and couldn’t believe the prices! The burger was amazing and we asked for a beer and it was HUGE! So friendly and they served us at around 1am! I loved Japan, I hope I can return at some point.

I was in Dotonbori 20 years ago, its good to see that its just the same, even the big red crab is still there. also the price you paid for such a good meal is really cheap compared with UK prices.

Japanese Hamburg steak is oishi! I love the ones with cheese inside. But I LOVE curry Hamburg with cheese inside from Coco Ichibanya

Btw this kind of "steak" has several different names in germany depending on dialect and where you live it can be called "Fleischküchle, Fleischpflanzerl, Bulette, Hack-Klops, Frikadelle" :D

😂🤣, Nice, but I am sure that I can't pronounce it even one😂haha My german friend taught me some german, but the sound was really hard to pronounce it for Japanese😂 lol

Oishi looking hamburg steak. Probably you can consider a live stream on how to prepare hamburg steak Rion way? Mine is usually pork with tofu or prawn with tofu. Haha. I don't take beef. By the way this Sacoor Brother's polo tees looks good on you. You should wear it sometimes too on the livestream.

Thanks for the comment Krystal^^ For sure, one you try it, you will love it😋 Speaking of the question, If you wanna have less rice/ less ramen, you can simply ask them "Sukunamede Onegaishimasu" 「少なめでお願いします」😉 meaning, less quantity please.(in polite way) as long as they can control the quantity, they will make less for you. However some strict rule restaurant (such as chain restaurant), they might say "No" because they don't have a right to change the food quantity🤔

I like Gyukaku, but One-Karubi is also popular in Osaka! Now looking for a good and cheap Yakiniku, I will make a video when I found them, so please look forward to it😊

I’m trying to learn Japanese. I thought chopsticks was hashi but you say Ohashi. What is the diference? And when wrote it together with the word please you say: Oshida kudasai. Why not ohashi kudasai? Can u please help me? Thank you very much. Love your videos.

It's the same word, but if you put "O" in front of Hashi, the word became kind of polite (gentle), so many people say Ohashi instead of Hashi😉 Oh, It Should be "Ohashi Kudasai" I miss spelled😂
