Recently, many people have asked me,
”I want to see your village!”
What’s your village’s scenery like, what kind of shops are there, what are the people like??
So, today I would like to take you on a tour of my village from my house, while riding my bamboo bike.

I thought Animal Crossing was unrealistic because there was no way a tiny village would have trendy clothing stores, cute cafés and a thriving cultural scene. Turns out that's just Japan :')

Wow, the countryside of Japan is so beautiful! I have a special place in my heart for Japan, it’s culture and people. I had an amazing time when I went several years ago, everyone was so nice and 3 of my Japanese Facebook friends took me out and showed me around just as they’d promised. I can’t wait to go back - I wish I could spend the rest of my life there.

When I finally get a chance to visit Japan I would much rather see a place like this rather than a big city like Tokyo. Seems like a lot of fun to run or bike through and experience. That tree as well is incredible. I love how Trees and other parts of nature are respected in Shinto.

Just yesterday I was thinking about you and hoping you were doing well. The last video was only 10 days ago, but somehow it seemed longer. Glad to hear from you again. The landscape reminds me very much of the Alpine mountains in Switzerland, Austria and northern Italy. I really respect the way you find joy in the ordinary, in the familiar. Keep on rocking!

That seems like a very comfortable village to live in! It is a shame that there are less and less children to enjoy it as the years go on.
