So much easier to be good to people and love what you do when you aren't answering to some boss who only cares about money :) businesses and individuals like this enrich communities so much more than greedy corporations ever could

@@N1ck00 work is work, and it's hard, in fact work under a boss is more relaxing. you need to procure the ingredients, lifting a lot of thing, budgeting, cooking. if you own a business, you work at least 5-10 people worth of job. often owning the equipment or rent will put you in a severe debt. even after all of that work, at the end of the day, you might not generating a profit, and you've to pay for the remaining expenses from your own pocket, because the revenue isn't enough to cover the operational cost. the statistics works against you, 95% of new business will die within 5 years, and it'll die an ugly death if you had an employees, you can no longer pay them, you can't pay for your expenses, you'll owe a lot of people money, debt collector will harrassing you all the time, you'll lose a lot of sleep, you'll live in extreme fear and you're no longer certain of your future

I have a huge amount of respect for this man. There's a lot that N. American culture can learn from this. Family means everything. Uncle's health starts failing and he steps up, because it's the right thing to do. Running just one business can be challenging, but 2 would be daunting for most. Especially learning the restaurant business from scratch. Uncle had to have passed on some amazing wisdom, or he's even more incredible than I've given him credit for.

His calmness yet precision is awe inspiring. All the people eating seem to be having an experience there you couldn't get at a traditional restaurant. Massive respect and now I'm hungry for some good noodles

Unbelievable so much hard work, we only saw a part of it, we did not see him break the stall down and food prep for the next day. The food looked great but the star is the Chef, what a personality

Just to put his job into perspective...Abe-san has to carry these heavy loads every single day + setting up the shop which is extremely time consuming. Yet he does that with a smile without any worry in the world. Truly admirable.

What is good with this Yatai stall, the guy who’s minding the store is a ONE MAN SHOW. HE IS GOOD and his interactions with the customers brings a warm touch and a sense of belonging. I wish him good health and always with his work. Good vibes happening ❤❤❤❤❤
