As a fellow Phillies fan, I appreciate you making a video with their realistic player attributes. Im always baffled by how underrated they are in the MLB games.

Set every team to a 0 overall and all the sliders all the way down, a la fumble dimension, and watch the chaos unfold over a full season.

The most unrealistic part of this sim was the Mariners making the World Series.

Shows how good Nolan Ryan was with 383 strikeouts in a season.

idk if you're into hockey at all but here is an idea: create a team of goons and make it so they have no hockey skills, no goal scoring or playmaking abilities but full stats in checking, fighting, aggression etc and see how well the team can do.

I think it would be hilarious to see if an "expansion team" could beat the record of this year's Oakland A's. The challenge would be to create team of players that are not currently on a 40 man roster and put them on the Oakland A's. Then see if they can outperform the actual Oakland A's.

I always loved messing with the sliders in NHL games. Start a franchise with a team of 100 overalls with checking power and incidental contact turned up to max and penalties turned off. Fun times

Baseball isn’t just one of the most difficult sports to master. It along with golf are two of the hardest things in life to master. The third thing that is also seemingly impossible to master is raising kids. Most people suck at it and that’s why we have so many fucked up adults.

I did this in a way. I made a bunch of friends into the game and gave them all 99. This means five SP, five RP, three CP, and one person in each of the other positions. At the end of each season I would edit all drafted players so they're 18 and their stats at 80 (still a 99 ovr). My best season saw the Rays lose 8 games. The worst saw them lose 20. In 20 seasons, they won the WS 17 times. I did have to keep bumping my created players stats up after each regular season. A few of them, the 6'6" outfield monsters (actual height of two of my friends), kept having their Left Pitcher Contact rating go down to the low 80s.

Idea: make a team with maxed out defense and terrible offense, and see what happens (or slightly below mediocre if you’re too worried about what will happen)

I did that too a few times but didn’t do the 99 overall team but I was able to score 100 hundred runs in one inning

It never ceases to amuse me how simming the games will always put SOME degree of realism, or at least keeping the team's performance somewhere within the confines of Earth's exosphere, no matter HOW far you jacked all the sliders. Only when you actually play (and take hours off your life per game) can you exit Earth's gravitational influence (and the whole Solar System while you're at it.) ....And *none* of your pitchers could crack 2.00 ERA?? Bob Gibson's 1968 1.12 ERA is even more impossible than I imagined.

I once broke the single season HR record in franchise mode and after hitting 199 it started over and my player only got 8 HR counted for 😂

I maxed out 5 Marlins pitchers' stats in MLB Power Pros before starting a Season Mode run and won 10 world series with at least a few 162-0 seasons. I won the last world series with a pinch-hit ultimate grand slam. And since I chose the Marlins, the low salaries made me rich. Fun times
