Hey jay huge fan. 53 year old female who now survived a heart attack 3 years ago and thyroid cancer last year. Focused to make another attempt on a national stage for womans physique. Such a struggle with no thyroid. I keep pushing. You have helped me more than you will ever know going through my health recovery. Would love to see more about woman especially over 50. More real stories. Thank you for changing my life and giving me hope❤

Hi Jay. 70 yr old who has lifted since 17. Nothing serious, just to look & feel good. Spinal arthritis and osteo made me adjust my workouts, but it's doable. I'm a big fan of healthy eating and smart supplementation; never peds, but my T was at 270 yrs ago and the Endo put me on axiron which turned me into a new man. 4 yrs into it he took me off due to a PSA spike to 2.67. Turned out it was from a hard leg press workout and sex the day before, but he wouldn't give me more try without an MRI. I have claustrophobia . Ive had to work with what I've got. I follow you due to your determination. You've had to work thru the pain. Now ur getting older and I want to see how you handle it. I'm never too old to learn.

Nice job kid! I'll be 74 in July. Let's keep it going. No bench presses in years but plenty of machine and db action. Leg presses with 16 plates for 3 sets of 12 then pyramid back down. Love kicking young kids butts. Oh, a young wife keeps me in line. Jay Cutler the most generous bodybuilder ever. Gives more back than most sell! Lifetime Achievement Award so deserved! Now acknowledge the total power of God for all blessings!

I really enjoy your "360" approach to your videos; Training, diet, changes that come with age, the free-form style talking on Jaywalking, etc...I'll be 60 in June and have trained for 42 years in powerlifting and bodybuilding. Trained with the great Dan Austin and even Ronnie once way back in late '89. Lots of injuries to work around in my home gym (3 lumbar fusions, two complete bicep tendon ruptures, and nasty rotator cuff/ labrum tear in the left shoulder). So, yeah, your channel is literally right up my alley. Deep respect, brother-in-iron.

@JayCutlerTv I watch the channel to learn. Keep in mind that some of us haven't lived in the gym our whole life. I started lifting weights about 15 months ago at 44 years old and 460lbs. I have lost 140 so far, so now 46 and 320. Goal is to lose another 60 this year and try to get down to 260, and evaluate the body fat and see where I want to go at 6'3. Every day and every video is a learning experience for me, and I appreciate the years of knowledge you share for free. Thank you Jay!!!

What's up Jay! 39yo big fan here, since the DVD days. To answer your question, I used to watch you primarily for the meals. I used to follow particularly your breakfast, and last meal plans (egg whites!) But now the main reason I watch you still is because of your drive! It's inspirational the way you still go at it like a machine, despite no longer competing in open bodybuilding. I have wanted to get into the industry but have not been able to meet the conditioning to do so. Watching guys like you, Phil, and Kai helps me keep the dream alive! I'd like to know where your supplementation is at these days, thinking about taking the plunge into the TRT world depending on how checking my levels goes at the beginning of next week. May want to contact your Doc I see you with, in other videos for some professional advice. I enjoy that content especially! would love to see longer videos on that subject matter.

Hey Jay! Absolutely enjoy watching your videos, taking in your training tips and techniques to lifting. I’m gonna be 40 yrs old in September so my goal is to be in the best shape of my life by then. I have to admit I was an ego trainer for a long time, lifting big and heavy til I messed up my shoulder and having pain every time I exercise. Hearing your words about not focusing on the weight but focus more on the mind to muscle connect has helped me to not experience pain while I lift. Thanks again for your wisdom and keep up the great videos, continued health and success

Jay, I first discovered you training videos back in 2009 or 2010 and to this day I just enjoy your training videos. Unlike anybody else, you make training look interesting. You make training look fun !! Ronnie's old videos can be interesting but sure doesn't look fun. You have a knack for drawing interest. Even though your basically just maintaining nowadays , you still have that it factor when you train. Your non training videos are cool too but the training videos are where its at for me. Keep up the great work !!

We both started training at the gym late in this life, like within the past few years, but it has been an awesome journey so far and we are looking to keep doing it until we are done with this life. We purchased a Neubie a little over a year ago and use it to train with every session so we will see where these physiques end up in a few more. Hi Jay! As a bodybuilder you have always been one of my idols. If I ever feel down in life, or in my progress, my go to video is always: THE BEST COMEBACK IN BODYBUILDING HISTORY - JAY 'QUAD STOMP' CUTLER - MR. OLYMPIA MOTIVATION. In my opinion the greatest story in all of bodybuilding history. No matter what mood I am in before the video, I gain inspiration to strive to become the best version of myself. Your drive and determination inspires me to push forward. Besides being an aspiring bodybuilder, I am an enormous fan of the sport. I appreciate your current videos because of your intelligence when it comes to bodybuilding. I look forward to these videos when they come out, and study all of your information. I seek your information over the current top pros, because of your practicality and intelligence in the sport. I am no where near to your level Jay, and I probably never will. But you show everyone that you can accomplish anything you put your mind to. You are the best ambassador of this beautiful sport, and really appreciate that you continue to share yourself with the world. I will be going to the Arnold next year in the US, so hopefully I get to shake your hand...and see that QUAD STOMP!!! Thanks again Jay for sharing yourself with us. Much love and respect.

Hey Jay.., I watch your videos to learn different exercises from you. Your technique and knowledge is contagious, so if I can pick up different ideas from you it helps me. I focus a lot on chest and shoulders. If you have any suggestions please pass them on in your upcoming videos. My chest workouts consist of four exercises that are incline and flat. Then I finish chest with decline flies and reg flies (cable). I only workout so I can give my neighbors something to look at 😂 no I’m kidding.. But, mainly I follow to grab your ideas in the gym. I’m 54 and still think I got it 😅. The gym humbles me when I realize I can’t do what I used to when I was a young whipper snapper.. have a great week and keep up what you’re doing.

Motivation. I've trained on and off for 17 years. I was driven by lifting heavier numbers. Ruptured my L5/S1 a few years ago. Early 30s now. Haven't lifted heavy since the injury. Lost my purpose in the gym/motivation, just going through the motions. Your shorts started showing in my feed. Now 3 weeks into your 10-12 rep, 3 working sets approach. Completely different to my 5, 3, 2 rep sets 😂 But it's been the catalyst I've needed to make a change. Your leg workouts are killer (did one today and my hammies are sore already). Keep it up man, you're killing it 👍

I like your channel because you are consistently motivating and inspiring. I remeber I took a picture with you years ago in a fitness expo,I was very nervous. You ask me are you ok." Jay is very compassionate and cares about his fans.

Hi Jay love your channel I’m from Massachusetts like you Hudson to be exact I will never forget used to go to Gould gym off of Route nine. I believe it’s Westborough, but I’ll never forget the muscle media magazine article. I believe you were on the front of it and you were talking about how you used to travel to Framingham just to do your legs Roger Applewhite I believe had a segment in there and keep up the good work. Great message.

Stimulate, Don't annihilate...... It worked for Haney, Jay and it works for all of us. And yes , Jay we're fine with all types of content training, diet, lifestyle, vlogs, reaction vids, ......... But for me I love the "tips" shorts and Jay walking videos much❤

I'm a relative beginner and I've learned to do proper weightlifting exercises from all the usual YT influencers. However, at some point seeing how some of the top guys train -- Mr. Olympia winners, Arnold Classic winners, et al. -- is motivating and helps us to learn even more. I agree with those hear who say it's Jay's down-to-earth style that people like. The late John Meadows came across as the coach you wish you had in high school while Jay comes across as the gym bro you wish you knew during your early training days.

Reasons I follow is because your genuine compared to all the other channels and you lived it. also to take in as much information possible to build the best physique I can, things I look forward to figuring out How to get diet in check for both getting super shredded then putting it back on and not spill over (recomp) How much volume per group necessary to grow When to back off for a smaller group to catch up So I been using my garmin tactix7 watch with the connect app along with the garmin index S2 scale I got the parillo caliper method done. Took that and what the scale said and averaged the fat% in the settings between the two Because the scale is based off the average population 5’8 I’m 6’2 Anyway with following along on some new routines and tracking everything I’ve lost 10lbs a month for the last 3 months, still have a ways to go for abs but I’m getting there. priority 230 now and don’t know if I should take it to 2 beans already starting to feel anorexic My stomach fat is stubborn as hell

I like to see you training and then hear your point of view after that crazy level from you have stepped down. Still amazing. I like to lock myself in the gym to fun, exercise, chill out, that means to feel stimulation, pump, not to lift the heavy ass weights. Train by feel with a goal to feel fatigue. You motivates me. I have been woking out for 22 years this summer. When I started you were the top one. It's amazing to see you, hear you like this. I could not imagine this would happen to me. Blessed day and age. Of course it has pros and cons. WIsh you a lot of health. Thanks. Lukas, Czechia, EU.
