as far as the connectivity is concerned it is pretty simple. Just plug the subwoofer and the soundbar into your wall plug. Connect your ARC or eARC to your TV. it is that easy. Then calibrate it. Also make sure that you turn on your ARC or eARC on your TV. Then sit back and be ready to have an ear orgasm. If you have netflix test it with 6 underground. it has dolby atmos and dolby vision. This movie will take your soundbar to a wide variety of sounds with guns, car chases, helicopters flying and music. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend the JBL 9.1. The reason i bought it was because of the detachable speakers which are truly wireless and can be set behind you on any flat surface. The sound marvelous so far. This in my opinion is the best wireless soundbar out there.

Can this soundbar allow for dts audio with the LG cx? The CX doesn't support dts so I'm wondering if this could be a work around to getting dts with the LG cx. Thank you

Hi, I have a 65 inch TV. After the side speaker units are removed, will the main sound bar be too small for this TV? My other choice is LG sl10yg which is very long (but lacks true 5.1.4 atmos)

Would the detachable speaker hold on to the bar if you wallmount the bar, only witht he main holders?

Mine got delivered yesterday, i got too excited and try it out right away. The sound experience is incredible no doubt. I have one issue though, doese your jbl 9.1 gets hot underneath? Because my 3-4hrs of music playback makes the bar hot to touch underside the surface..

Hi ...I have a Samsung 65 inch UHD 4K TV model number NU7470...It doesn't support DTS or Dolby Atmos Audio from a 4K movie (66 GB) through USB pen drive...In the manual book it says The TV has a HDMI ARC input at the back which shows Dolby or DTS Audio playback...Shall I buy JBL 9.1 bar Dolby Atmos ? ...Will it support my TV through HDMI ARC input to this JBL 9.1 sound bar ?? Don't buy 9.1 sound bar , its bass system is zero & bass quality is zero , cant feels bass . Don't buy it . Buy 5.1 which us better . 9.1 is waste of money . JBL sound quality for 9.1 is zero . Having both system 5.1 bar is superb & 9.1 is garbage
