Honestly, I wouldn't buy headphones for their active noisecanceling anyway. Comfort + good passive noisecanceling + good quality sound are more important to me and I think I'm not the only one thinking that.

Great review! They are currently at 99€ in my country. Considering my use will be almost only indoors and for study sessions (3 or 4 hours at a time), my goals are: no discomfort over long periods of time and some noise cancelling so I won't be distracted by, for example, other people talking. Considering all of the above, should I consider getting them? Hats off for the very thorough review

Damn, I got these and I really hate the anc, Playing songs with high bass sounds weird when anc is on, it only sounds better if you press down on both ear cups lightly on your ear, but I can’t press down the whole time while playing music , I assume it’s a design flaw with the cups that interfere with the anc, the automatic pause and play is also quite horrible As it turns off the music randomly depending on your touch or your head position or inclination , every other thing is great , tbh I would have saved up some more money and gotten the Sony instead , kinda regret getting this if i can’t even use the anc.

@@SirPierreSe I just returned them, unfortunatelly. They are amazing for "on the go" experience but for gaming they are bad for two big reasons: (1) Lag - so even with aptx LL you still feel the lag especially in competitive titles. (2) The internal mic doesn't let you to use it and experience stereo audio in the same time. So you either use it and have horendous sound or you disable it and buy a dedicated mic. But as i said for "on the go" experience they impressed me, sound is very good, the app is good, the physical buttons are good, the battery is good, everything is good but dont purchase them if you intend to game via bluetooth aswell, you are better off with some cheap wifi dongle headset.

Just bought them today. All these features are very nice, I never had headphones this expensive before so its a new world for me hehe. What I dont like so far, the fact that It cant bend as much (like you said); the app did a very weird thing for me when pairing? right after it needed to update firmware but then it said it couldnt end? so I had to reinstall the app, pair them again and then... it didnt ask for any updates and I guess it works fine? Also, I'd like to turn off the Google Assistant thing on the left, but its fine; also tried to pair them with my laptop so I can use the 2 devices connected thing, and when I pause one, and try to use the other, weird things happened, it didnt really work at the end so I turned one of them off (I wonder if anyone else had this issue?). And, finally, the app needs GPS turned on each time in order to enter the settings of these, thats kinda annoying? I like to keep battery life and such so my GPS is always off, but whatever. For the rest, yeah they're great. sound is good, very very comfortable, the battery life is insane and equalizer does awesome things hahaha
