Late to the party but I couldn't agree more! I saw this on HBO Reverb as a teen in the late 90s and I love it to this day. Am so grateful to have discovered this band (and Caustic Resin)

Sometimes I am glad I discover great bands in my mid-twenties. If I had sooner, I just wouldn't have been able to comprehend its greatness.

THE most underrated band ever
@willdemi5618Ай бұрын
My thought exactly. Such a shame, I have to beat friends (all musicians like myself, almost all junkies for modest mouse too and knowing they were largely treepeople and BTS Inspired) over the head endlessly for their owb good so they can go 6 months later. "You were right man, sorry I'm so stubborn" another month "they're probably one of my favorite bands now" quotes are direct from my best friend lol. Different style but I find most people who dig this stuff love em, just as underrated maybe more is pinback. Incredible band, more bass centric and less guitar but so good.

I’m so spoiled that in these live performances Doug sacrifices the final verse (“this history lesson…”) for the solo jam. It’s my favorite part of the song actually, that soft quiet interlude after a frenetic couple minutes…wondering if there is a live show out there where he does combine the two

I am so glad you had the opportunity to show the world what you could do, all of you, especially Doug of course since he was the force of will and inspiration that led you all there. RIP my capable, humble friend and thank you for giving me the right to say, The best memories I have of you are moments when no one else was there. The world could use you now more than ever and I truly hope enough of you rubbed off on Brett, myself and the rest to make a difference that will help dissolve this illusion so we can finally see the way.
