One thing to keep in mind is 60% in Adv 2016 is equivalent to 80 or higher in 2017. Thus the level of difficulty will have huge effect. For example air 100 was for 280+ (78%) in 2023.

Bro kitna galat hai ye analysis....😂😂 Ye jo analysis hai iske year 2016 ka hai jisme hardest paper tha cutoff was the lowest. Actaully the fact is there is a range over which it varies. 2017 mei to 70% par top iits mei cs bhi nahi milti.
