I'll have to try this on the next TJ mileage project. Working on the baseline results right now.

They ran well for us with the jeep being daily driven for about 6 months until we sold it and have started repairing another TJ. I plan to do the 12 hole injectors again to verify the mpg results we saw. Will be a future video once we get the time.

No problem, we are actually going to try another set of these in a 01 TJ we just received, when I get the time.

@randyb2505 yeah we like them just didn't see the mpg result people talk about. I think we had some injector issues before so certainly ran better with the new ones

The shafts can be a pain. Make sure the splines are clean sometimes there can be stuff in the axle tube that they pick up. As you try to put them inyou will need to try to angle the spliced end up as the hole in the carrier is raised up off the bottom of the axle tube a .25" or so. Worst case scenario is that you may have pushed rust/dirt/etc from the bottom of the tube up against or in the hole in the carrier. In that case you will need to pull the diff cover and clean out the splines on that side. You might need to remove the spider gears to do that though.

I would have stuffed a rag in the throttle body intake. I'm cringing the whole video waiting for something to fall in.

In this area winter blend starts to come around in Sept. The base line testing was November and December with the Injector test in January. We have another TJ now, an 01, we are going to actually do the same test at some point to see if we get the same results. Being that I dont have to change out the pigtails I plan on setting a baseline, swapping to the new injectors for a month or two then back to the stock injectors.
