@4xfredwilliams did this swap years ago with a dodge 2500 that had flipped. He shortened thee frame in the center and reinforded it with sqpare tube then just had to do some firewall modification to the jeep tub. This might be a good resource because the idea of that 1000lb engine in the jeep chassis might be more of a compromise than intended. I’m also in the process of turning a wrangler JKU into a truck cab and building a bed. I used a 12 valve Cummins manual shift. I do have lots of pictures and details from my build. I also have details from another 12 valve swap Cummins build.
