Nice video. Mentioning socket and wrench sizes would have been more helpful. Thanks

Good video though should be using metric tools maybe as Jeep have been this way for years? Also you were lucky with that 'earth' wire as that goes straight to the battery positive terminal and if you hadn't disconnected the battery you would be in for fireworks if it touched anything as the actual earth is through the metal casing itself.

Do you know why your radiator was bubbling? Mines does it too and I’ve been trying to figure it out

Not sure what you mean, I have had most of my radiator issues come from a bad radiator cap. Had to replace it a few times Get one of the nice ones with the pressure release If you tell me more about your issue I can try and help :)

did you upgrade the wiring prior to install? ?

The alternator wiring on my jeep should all be stock. I don’t think anything has been changed on the stock harness except Maybe new terminals :)

there is no bolt or nut anywhere on this vehicle that is size 5/8 or 15/32 . Everything is Metric . this has been the case since the 1970s for auto makers Worldwide . by your giving this unintentional incorrect information in these videos , you could be causing people to strip out nuts and bolts , cause them to have to pay a lot of $$ trying to fix those problems . these videos of yours can and are extremely helpful but I advise you to seek and obtain a bit more skill and knowledge and be successful in getting many paying sponsors for your site do to Mass Viewership . God Bless you .

Hi thanks for the comment. I have found over the years that jeep used a mix of both standard and metric bolts on the jeep This stems from The NP231 and 4.0L engine were both designed before the switch to metric, therein lies the problem. I rarely use standard as all my motorcycles and other cars use metric for everything! :)
