Please remove the bracket that holds the throttle/cruise cable. Easier to remove and install the rail. This guy is def a newb

Are there any provisions for a external fuel pressure regulator?

Yes… I sell a reg kit that will go on the rail front. Which will replace the stock fuel damper and reg will provide a return provision.

Yes. If your rails have a feed and return then you’ll need to use my regulator kit.

Looking at this on Ebay. That's what directed me here. Looks like a very nice product. I am curious about the caps on the ends of the rail. I am building a turbo 4.2/4.0 head engine and will be using a stand alone management system. What threads are the caps and would they lend themselves to being used for a fuel return easily? Thanks man.

you didnt show rail installation..you just went from injector install to plugging the injector into the rail. i looked at the rail on ebay and it doesnt show any ports for the injectors...do they make this for a 1995 cherokee? \

Ports for the injectors? Yes will fit a 95. Hard to mess this up. New rail goes in same spot as old rail. Only audible is if you have damper or not.

Super nice fuel rail, looks really good. Towards the end when you showed it running I noticed what appeared to be a stutter or slight shaking. I'm probably wrong but I have a small stutter in my xj at idle and was wondering if that's just normal for the 4.0? I Did the injector swap thinking it may have been a dirty injector but it didn't resolve the issue. Drives me nuts hahaha anyways great video.

joshpandh do a tune-up sparkplugs, cap an rotor, air filter, sparkplug wires and take your TB off an clean it. Also refresh all your ground wires 👍

I have an 89 XJ and the ebay ad says it fits an 89. I dont see the fuel pressure regulator and several people have asked. Can you speak to how this works with the FPR?

This rail is for the 96 and up with only one fuel supply line and no return line... the fuel pressure regulator is in the tank on these

That’s funny. The fuel pressure regulator is located in your tank. Lol. Are you referring to the fuel damper on the stock rail? You don’t need it. I’ve run my for years without it. If you want to run a redundant reg then I sell a kit for that. 🤙 see my items on eBay store: FASSTERLLC
