Hey guys. People have already said this but this is a cover of my favourite smiths song. Jeff was a big fan of them. So beautiful! I love this version. There is a live recording somewhere where he does hallelujah then breaks into this for a bit before doing the last verse of hallelujah. So so good…..

It's a good version but I prefer the original by The Smiths, they have to react to that band and also to Morrissey in his solo stage who has beautiful songs

great cover but the original by the Smiths is something worth hearing (the live version from Rank has to be heard to be believed) Jeff was an absolute talent but also a consummate fan forever. its one of many reasons i will always love him.

I hate this cover of such a masterpiece. The smiths are one band that do not need to covered.

Nice little voice but too clean & no where near as good as the Smiths original. Morrisey sang it with so much emotion it makes u feel his pain.

Not a patch on the original. Crap version of an absolute classic.
