Pretty sure Jeff is still within the statute of limitations if he wants to sue. He has the footage, he has the medical records, and now he has David's contradicting statements. Personally? I would RUIN David's life if I was in Jeff's place.

I refuse to feel sorry for jeff...he blatantly lied about that *ape situation with that girl, defended david for his reckless behavior. And now that he cant get anything from david anymore he's mad. He keeps saying hes done being fake he cant be fake....he isnt stopping for good reasons 🤨

But just cuz you have went through a traumatic experience doesnt mean it can be used to excuse poor decision making in the future. He is at this point ok thank God...so why should he be exempt from being told he is doing bs? If you think about it, no one actually held David accountable for this accident. Paying for the medical bills and making an appearance in Jeff's documentary is NOT enough. What actual changes did David make for his vlogs to be safer? Why did he stop checking on his friend who's going into surgery? David just throws money at ALL his problems to make them go away. Unfortuately, you can't throw money at a real friend and expect them to go away and not be upset that you caused them pain.

Jeff has recently said that David stopped paying for his hospital bills and all of the missed payments has impacted his credit, so he wasn't able to get a loan for a house 😬

David is a jerk. Like he caused a near death experience to one of his friends and he doesn’t even care ! Like wtf. He should definitely be cancelled he knows NO REAL consequence. Just like he helped Dom R*** that girl just because he wanted content. David is disgusting. And this is coming from someone who used to be subscribed to him and thought he was cool. But I’m done with him.

I’m worried if David did that intentionally. It almost killed Jeff. The guy even had his hip crushed and almost drowned. David would be a seriously evil person if he did intend to permanently harm Jeff. I’d charge him with attempted aggravated manslaughter. And sue for emotional damage, etc

Say what you want about Jeff but what happened to him was traumatic, it was terrifying and he deserves to feel how he feels. I am sure a lot of us have not had near death experiences but I feel his pain through the screen. All sides are guilty but I truly wish Jeff healing and for him to find peace with all of this somehow.

The fact that Jeff would even receive a hospital bill from the accident that almost took his life and left him with life long injuries and the person responsible who is more than able to pay his hospital bills comfortably is sad and sick and insulting to Jeff I am glad he is saying what really happened and I hope David gets some empathy and does the right thing

Meaning, David never told him that we would start fucking swinging him around. David was reckless. Jeff trusted his “friend”. Of course Jeff has a level of responsibility. They are adults they should know this machinery isn’t for personal use. Stop trying to say Jeff has no responsibility, he has said he does and owned up to it. That’s not even what he’s most upset about. Like damn Melissa you couldn’t use your brain for five minutes???

Jeff said that he didn't know he'd need 10 surgeries for this. I wonder if it came out of the blue and Jeff decided to pursue more surgeries to lessen the life changing injuries and David's team only agreed to pay up to extent.

Dom showed David the long text from the girl that Dom r**ed and was on David's vlog. David just deleted the vlog and never addressed it. He never says anything unless he really has to which he did after the article came out and even then he only made apology videos coz he started losing big sponsors

Jeff really should sue David.. he has life long eye issues now and couldn’t work for a year due to his injuries so he lost his income..he has a very solid case against David because in my opinion David was careless neglectful and Beyond psychotic with how he operated heavy machinery only using one hand and filming at the same time.

Jeff can literally sue David because this was Neglect on David’s part just for content Jeff is from a mentality where he doesn’t want to be labeled as rat and he tried so hard to protect David because he was a friend at the time but now I think because he’s very angry he may sue no contracts were signed whatsoever that’s been confirmed many times now by Jeff himself. Sadly this was all due to David being reckless and wanting views and content for his channel

Corinna was lucky it didn't happen to her. At this point it's not even about who's to blame, it's about being there for a friend regardless of who's fault it is. That's just human decency which David clearly lacks. If David truly believes the accident was Jeff's fault, that still doesn't justify him not being there for his friend. He got life long injuries and is traumatised, the least you can do is pick up the phone and call him! I bet if it was the other way around, David would've 100% sued Jeff

I know it’s horrific as it is but *don’t cancel me for saying this* I can’t even imagine if it had been Corinna who got injured. like, her whole livelihood is based on her looks. a lot of Jeff’s livelihood is based on his looks too, and he still looks great let’s be real, but he looks slightly different than before the accident- like a sexy pirate. That said, Jeff also has other viable avenues outside of appearances like his haircuts and comedy and fitness. I love and respect Corinna, the girl is smart and knows how to hustle but let’s be honest: if her face got bashed in and wasn’t 100% perfect looking she would get so much shit from it and her career would completely change. David is a psychopath 110%. I don’t think he meant to hurt Jeff but he knew how dangerous the stunt was and upped the risk factor ten fold and then pushed it until someone almost got killed.

If this was somebody else they would’ve been held accountable for their actions, but nothing happened to bald eagle man- Jeff is a big reason why nothing happened to david and he should literally be giving his ass on a platter to Jeff for not suing him over almost fucking killing him and then putting it in a Vlog. And THEN using it to garner sympathy and media attention from his friends. This makes me so frustrated for Jeff... It makes him look bitter because he's speaking out after David is starting to get sponsorships. Additionally, because of David's selfish 🍑, Jeff is most likely going to be distant when it comes to people because he was heavily and publicly betrayed. This is all frustrating and I hope Jeff takes it to court if it's still within statute of limitations. Also big props to Ethan for trying to spread Jeff's story despite their differences 🙌

Jeff should be angry at David for how he’s treated him. But let’s not forget that Jeff also willingly went around defending David after his role in the SA of a girl became public knowledge. Let’s not forget that Jeff also allegedly had a part to play in procuring alcohol for that same girl who was not of drinking age. Jeff willingly became an idiot to toe the David line so 🤷♀️. Instead of insulting David, Jeff needs to be apologising to and doing what he can for Durte Dom’s victim.

People who describe themselves as "loyal friends" always make me uneasy. What about being loyal to yourself a f your own values? I've ended friendships for less extreme reasons but prior to that, I used to be the loyal friend... Until I saw the affect it had on my personal boundaries. You deserve better Jeff.

I mean with all of the proof that's out there any company that is willing to put money in this man's pocket I want nothing to do with. He has no regard for safety. I hope he tells the truth and people finally see how fake the Vlog squad dynamic is. What David did is morally reprehensible. Jeff's life has been permanently altered. Davids vanity and ego led him to coming within millimeters of murdering his "friend". Then he just completely ignores him and doesn't pay the hospital bill HE promised to pay....This dude is a multimillionaire. I hope Jeff comes out on top.

With civil suits like this you really need to prove that the blame isn’t 50/50 and because of this I don’t think Jeff would win. He knows David, he’s seen him do dangerous stuff before, RIGHT before he gets on he sees Corinna almost get hurt… yes David is also at fault but Jeff was fully awake of the risks and did it anyways
