When I lived in Denmark, they kept coming to my door, until I asked them to delete me from their lists... This silenced them and, I didn't have more calls at my door.

I wish there was a “list” here I could be deleted from. I think they just drop volunteers off in remote locations to knock on each door. These sort of farms in the campo don’t have addresses so they can’t really be on a “list.”

Yes they are a cult whom believe they are the only ones been save but their hiding pedophiles is the worst crime been committed in that religion. they were expose by the Australian Royal commission were they ask for the list of pedophiles whom have molested children in their congregations .They have been sue and have been loosing members ever since.

@jerrygarcia4390 I’m sorry you lost your sister to these folks. As far as the cult vs not a cult conversation going on here, it’s pretty easy to start throwing around these labels and accusations. I don’t agree with the Jehovah’s Witnesses but I’d sooner call Starbucks customers a cult than the JoHos. They believe what they believe and they really want others to hear them and believe the same. They’re annoying but mostly harmless. In my opinion they have every right to do what they do even if occasionally someone we care about falls under their spell and is lost to something we don’t understand. We should all strive to respect the choices of others especially about the big questions and especially when it tests our patience and tolerance.

They were actually. At first I thought they were fancily dressed tourists from Quito trying to take a short cut across my farm, but then I saw their pamphlets and realized I should have just ignored them.

I get them to delete me from their list voluntarily. I am ordained in "God is Omniscient." So I ask, "Who, in Genesis, contributed the most toward committing original sin and failing to meet God's Holy Expectations by creating Eve beneath God's Holy Expectations- all-knowingly?" From there, it's all fucked for them. .

Yes, their persistence is incredible. I am detached from the cause, i would not want to hate them or say that I want to aid them. But i would say the opening introduction, is what I take offence in, with is how they start with a conversation of' the question of have I noticed how the world is terrible, and people are getting more immoral . And it Is the negative view they take, I take offence. What it does is ignore the benefits of modern life. The Instant Age we live with all the education, technology, prosperity. Most conflicts today are localised and small scale. Not even beginning with that, I found that I have many hobbies in common, with many of these witnesses. If one is so blessed with the things in life( which gives one value in life), it seem odd they would want to start off with a stranger talking about how bad the state of the world. On day when the sun is shining and the birds are out, where it couldnt be more incongruous.Added insult to injury is the fact they dont vote.

In my opinion, they’re victims of a cult that have been manipulated into recruiting more victims. It’s those that lead the cult that are the problem.

I respect Jehovah’s Witnesses. There are very few Christian denominations who take Jesus’ command to spread the good news seriously. Jehovah’s Witnesses will visit people in very remote locations - not to ask for money or ask for a paid subscription (everything is completely free) but simply to spread good news, help others, talk about world events and their meaning, and offer a free Bible study. You don't seem interested and that's understandable. Not everyone is. But many are. And as a Christian I think it’s great to see

The problem is Devil runs the world. He is lier and murderer. This is the reason why Hitler got the power, but Christ was executed as "blasphemer" and "rioter" by denunciation of clergy. That's why we've got the Gospel about the God's kingdom. Jehovah would put everything in order. The dead will be resurected and we'll meet our beloved ones again! :-)
