In this 30-minute guided meditation, we learn to use our breath to help signal the nervous system to relax and allow ease and relaxation. With our meditation practice, we are exercising and strengthening the muscle of presence and joy. As Thich Nhat Hanh has said, “We should learn to ask, ‘What’s not wrong?' and be in touch with that.”
