Awesome Video I Love Home Made Salsa ! Okay so I looked up why sugar goes good for an ingredient helps to balance the acidity of other ingredients, along with extending its shelf-life. I Was Wondering What Was Up With The Sugar Too 🧐

What blender is that? Did you get that one because you blend hot peppers and acidic tomatoes often? I’ve found that my plastic blender has broken down so quickly after making a lot of hot/acidic foods.

👍also use the cilantro stem and my husband tells me that I exaggerate by doing that and that I should buy more cilantro instead of doing that I still do it, I take advantage of everything. I like to use the celery leaves to make a delicious salad, something other people throw away👍

NO! Please, Please don't make your videos any longer. I like it when they're around 10 minutes & not over 15 minutes. Free time is hard to come by these days. Plus when a video runs over 15 minutes watching them stops being fun & gets kinda frustrating or it does for me.. 🤥I like to absorb all the information you give us.. Plus I often make notes on those wonderful tips. I enjoy watching videos while I'm eating my lunch or other break times. I'm sure you understand those of us who have limited time due to a carp ton of other things going. From big kids (students )to little kids (my grands). They all expect us Moms or Teachers to be type of a Wonder Woman & a Miracle Worker all at the same time. If you're good at what you do like being a Mom, a Naynay & a Teacher. At anytime they just need a little extra help & honestly a ear to listen.. I give even after I'm off work. Like learning to cook better.. You inspire me with all that energy. Your funny & don't mind laughing at yourself.. Which is what make you such a beautiful person.. Anyway I know you have to make decisions not just for me but everyone else to. When making your decisions try to be mindful of those of us who have limited time. Just in ppl don't tell you enough your personality is awesome. You're fun to watch. I'm guessing you're alot more hyper than most ppl realize but I'm hyper as well.. My brain only runs in 2 speeds Slow or Fast. The majority of my life is pretty much super fast. Sometimes I have to go in double time just to get things done...🤪 Sometimes my family & my students ask me please not talk so fast.. That's when I stop & take a minute to just breathe at a normal rate.. I'm pretty sure I'll probably never completely slow down.. 🥴 I'm just so passionate about Teaching... I'm so blessed to love it & it's actually what you're doing. It's just not in the classroom.. Those of us that aren't that great at cooking can strive to be with ppl like you.. I love you're fun & quriky personality. Love all the extra tid bits of information that really do help. It helps me be a better cook.. So thank you... 😊
