The true class of a bygone era. Nothing I mean absolutely nothing in this modern age compares.

Loved them both. I know people grew up earlier with these 2, but I only grew up watching them in the 80s with classic sci-fi films such as Batteries not included and The Cocoon Movies. They were wonderful together.

I saw them onstage in Los Angeles in Molière’s “The Miser”. That must have been more than fifty years ago, and I still remember their brilliant comedic performances. Whether separate or working as a unit, they were two of the best.

They never separated because she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and passed away in 1994 at the age of 85.

They were never going to separate. It was a joke.

Why were they inserting shots of Mike Wallace when Tandy was speaking? It’s supposed to be an interview. She’s speaking and they cut to Wallace and sit there. This couple was gold. Class and elegance.

Simple genius the two of them. Cronyn's memoir A Terrible Liar is a brilliant read.

Back in the days when an interviewer could not disguise his contempt for old people. Old people with considerably more under their belts.

We're they actually married in real life? They made a great movie couple so it wuddof made sense had they been married in real life!

It’s Hume Cronyn. How hard can it be to get simple facts straight?
