I cannot tell you how happy I am that I ran across your channel! The Lord has not blessed us with a child yet, so it's just my husband and I. Most KZfaqrs do dinner for large families, so I love seeing what you all make for us smaller families. God bless you both! Much love 💜

I totally agree...I love watching all the other KZfaqrs and their what's for dinners but I am always thinking ok how do I cut that down to a two person meal...plus these two are so darn cute...love this channel

I totally feel the same way! We have been very blessed with three boys that are now grown men so we are on the opposite side! Cooking for 2 again is a challenge after cooking for 5 (3 teenage boys)

You can also shred chicken with a hand mixer as a fun tip! It is so much easier and super consistent shreds and no fork scraping hahaha!

I do my chicken for tacos like that but add a packet of taco seasoning and a jar of salsa before cooking. So much flavor and keeps it so moist. We eat it on tacos, make quesadillas, on salad.. anything!

The roasted garlic and herb seasoning is one that of my favorites to use on everything! They also make a garlic Parmesan that’s delicious!!

I love onions and I think cooking them that way at the end is a perfect way to add them to this recipe. I also think adding all those other spices is needed. That’s something I would do too.

As soon as I saw ground beef and potatoes I thought about the dish we used to make when we first got married and money was tight. Brown ground beef and fried potato tacos. Brown ground beef, separately chop and pan fry potatoes then take a tortilla add some cheese the add ground beef and potatoes. Top with sour cream and hubby adds hot sauce to his. I still make these almost 25 years later.

Bunky you are the best sous chef so precise with your knife skills. All three dishes look delicious. I use pepper flakes very sparingly once they hit the hot skillet they bloom and with the sriracha, my mouth is on fire..haha. Jessica you and Bunky are adorable. I love your videos so much. LOVE😘

I was so happy to see that you don't deprive your husband of onions in his food, it's such a staple in almost all things, a flavor you can't really go without. Good for you! My husband would die if he knew how many veggies I put in our food...honestly, if he doesn't see it he loves everything, if he walks in and sees it, then he's like "you know I won't like that", bot then I assure him that's just mine..😂. Maybe that would work for you, your husband comes in and hides the onions, and your like "yum, this is extra delishious", lol. Nice job! God bless

I made the first crockpot meal tonight. I put the onions in there to cook with everything else. I also didn’t have any shredded cheese so I used thin layers of Velveeta. I used a pack of ranch to season the potatoes as I went. Then I forgot to put the broth in 😩. I’m so surprised it didn’t burn up. I cooked it for 6 hours on low. All 3 of my boys said they really liked it and would eat it again. So even though I messed up it still turned out 😋
