@@Sunshine-lm2cc I’ve never felt God speak to me. But when I pray against temptation the temptation goes away. I believe god won’t always speak but instead show his love with actions rather than words. It may feel like he’s ignoring you but he does much more than is seen. It because everything he does seems like a everyday thing rather than a blessing. He can’t make all of our problems disappear because then we would strive for more and fall to pride. All bad things happen to make way for good things. We aren’t perfect and that’s just how it is. But he helps us more than we could ever imagine.

The one everybody oughta be seeking is Jehovah who sent Jesus, not that mere messenger Jesus who was sent by Jehovah.

If you're Catholic, I hope you go to Confession! It's truly an amazing Sacrament. Especially when it comes to mortal/grave sins, receiving forgiveness, absolution, and cleansing exemplifies God's love and mercy towards us.

If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of any, they are retained.” Jesus is giving His apostles the authority to forgive sins. This is where Catholics going to confession with a priest originates from.

Be at peace my friend. And go easy on yourself, you have nothing to fear. In fact the line “be not afraid” occurs like 365 times in the Bible… one for everyday. Focus on Gods mercy and love, not on punishment and death. Our thought control our emotions. I know it hard but eventually it will become a good habit. And it always helps to get it out, even to a stranger. So never bottle it up, keep getting it out. I’m here if you need a sounding board. Peace my friend. God loves you, warts and all.
