Ingredients: 240g chicken breast Salt ½tsp red pepper powder 1tsp minced garlic Black pepper 1 egg 50g cornstarch Bread crumbs Cooking oil 1) Remove the water from the chicken breast using kitchen roll. 2) Cut it in half, then cut it into bite size pieces. 3) Add it to a small bowl, then mix it thoroughly with ⅓ salt, red pepper powder, minced garlic, and a bit of black pepper. 4) Marinate for 10 minutes. 5) In a small bowl, mix together the egg, 2 pinches of salt, and the cornstarch with a whisk until the white powder turns yellow. 6) Evenly coat the chicken pieces in the mix. 7) Coat them with bread crumbs. 8) Pour the oil into a pan and heat it up. 9) Once the oil is boiling, add the chicken and fry them on a medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes. 10) Enjoy!
