The interviewer didn’t knew that Jigs Kalra has passed away.. wow , so unprofessional and callous on him to not know especially when you know that you are going to bring that person as a subject of discussion at some point. This Kamath guy just acts as if he knows a lot about subjects but he is very empty, khokhla what we call.

How easily Punjabis impose their cuisine on others They don t even make passing mention of East Indian south Indian Deccan etc when they say they are talking of “ Indian cuisine” Just like Bollywood imposing punjabiyat to the exclusion of other Indian areas in movies
