Studio Wrestling. Here, in Pittsburgh, it was cardboard cutout crowds, three ringside Rosies, and Pittsburgh talking head Bill "Chiller Theater" Cardille as announcer. Of course it was Bruno . . . a lot of Bruno* in those days. I sat and watched on a 9" screen in the basement, because my English teacher mother was no fan of "violent content".

I loved going to studio wrestling TV taping in Macon GA as a kid. It was FREE and it was show up EARLY stand in line and always got front or second row!!! Some of my favorite memories were at the studios and then go home and watch yourself on TV that NIGHT

Congrats to Jim on 300th episode. Great entertainment and information. Wasn't really a studio per say but my dad and I attended the WWF TV tapings in Allentown every three weeks in the late 70's early 80's at the small Ag hall. Remember being there over four hours paying like $4 to get in. Saw a lot of history there. We would get general admission and after awhile it was the same people sitting in the same place each event like a club. Great memories with my dad. Even saw Piper hit Snuka with the coconut.
