Out of all the solo work, so far Jimin’s album is my favorite. I love every song. I hope you’ll listen to the entire album. Every song is a gem.

The shot where you wondered whether it's CGI or real is real btw! You could see in the behind-the-scenes video that the sets were constructed to do all those cool tricks. And yes haha, the fun and youthful club visuals are meant to play up against the sense of escapism and loneliness/isolation/general feelings of depression that are some of the themes in Like Crazy. It's a great MV, great song, one of my favorites from the group.

56 years so the Knight Rider and Street Hawk was my thing. thanks for this reaction. I really really love this song and it is going to be that way for sure. It is in all senses what i always liked for Jimin and it was, it is BETTER than whatever expectation that I'd gotten.

I really hear the Jazz when you broke it down. My brain hears all the 80s sounds I grew up with 😂 and 100% agree with the club experience. For a really interesting Jimin song, you should check out Lie. There is no MV other than what is for the BTS universe storyline. There are some good lyric channels that don't rip off the artist and the translations are pretty good. BBTS9717, Dial and AF Taehyung are all good channels to check for lyrics. And Jimin has an amazing live for Lie. For a BTS song, I would actually love to see you react to a live of Dimple and Pied Piper. There is a video that has the two together. When I first watched it I kind of thought feel-good party song, but very soon I began to look at it SO differently, like completely opposite, and it also makes more sense in the context of the full album. And of course BTS make such profound, thought-provoking art and this song and video is SO much more than simply a feel-good party song that you might think upon first listen/viewing. There's just so much that be interpreted and there could be many themes, which is what's so beautiful about the art that they create. The "she" in the beginning could be the woman/his reflection, himself, or even the alcohol. I interpreted loneliness, escapism, numbing/drowning in something to not face yourself, to numb the pain. And the bridge at the end, the pure desperation and conviction, the pleading, how it feels so disoriented... Honestly as someone almost four years sober it hit pretty hard. So proud and in awe of Jimin

♦Jimin mentioned that one of his fav movies “Like Crazy” inspired parts of the song aside from the title of song. In the beginning as well as ending to the song, he even uses excerpt wordings, with voice over actors using dialogue more in tune with song, from it. Jimin has also said that many of the songs on the album convey what he was going through, his thoughts, his feelings, his emotions as well as despair & depression, during the pandemic in the last few yrs. He also was hoping that maybe it could help others by way of relating & going through similar difficulties during pandemic. So this song Like Crazy, could also be during that time, thinking back while laying his head down, on table in that depressing small room, dreaming of the better times in the past, when he was free to enjoy himself, as well as being with someone or with friends, or even around ppl in general, being able to be free to go out & party. Which is why he even said in the lyrics please don’t wake me up from this dream. I want to stay here.. Maybe, since dirt or mud means despair, that was what all the dirty grimyness including on his hands in the end, also represented, despair of situation, how he felt or how things were at that time, even when it seemed to even ooze into his dream state.
