Jinan is a skill cannon and I agree its powerful but for me, I just can't make it work. But the Sejong works for me. It doesn't make a lick of sense.

This piss me off... u grind a regular line and if the result is in a competitive line then nerf... yes still a devastating ship and very enjoyable Jinan and Harbin are the best in my opinion... But still worth it the concealment build? What u think?

Concealment is the best for Pan-asian cruisers. If u have the historical camo or even the Silk Dawn camo, u basically have the pre nerf ships
