I am super impressed with the immaculate cleanliness of their equipment. And then finally I am so impressed with the food preparation that goes into each of these bagels...my mouth was watering. SO delicious looking.

When I go to Fairmount Bagel in Montreal and buy a dozen sesame still hot from the oven, it is rare that more than 10 survive the drive home having been devoured during the trip. A fresh Fairmount Bagel does not need anything else on it to be delicious.

몬트리올 살았을때 부모님께서 오셔서 st viateur 베이글에 완전 빠지셔서 한국갈때마다 사가는데, 부모님께 한국에도 있다고 알려드려야 겠어요 ㅎㅎ

Incredible video - I think you could enhance your production if you added captions with the product name ingredients etc. I like the stainless steel environment and utility of the various technologies that reduce the human intensive efforts to produce the final product. That said, I think this video perfectly shows that without humans efforts - you couldn’t eat something so tasty and great. This means two things - either you pay for quality because you appreciate it or you lose it and eat fake bagels in the supermarket for a low price - I value human endeavour personally. Also, the toppings are generous with regard to the cheese I think but for me personally I prefer simplicity generally and so tuna and onion or tuna and cucumber and also feta cheese with onion and cucumber and a little good quality tomato is just perfect taste. I think Canada has tremendous food and sensational women who seldom are moody and fresh air and space and this video was so great.

Montrealer here. Nice job. A little concerned about the uneven seed distribution on the surface of the bagel during the cooking process (don’t typically see that here) but otherwise looks delicious.

I can’t believe how he forms the bagels by hand, no weighing the dough, no machine to cut them out and how consistent in size they are. Is there no yeast in the dough? I thought they would be allowed to proof (rise) before blanching and baking.

미국 동남부에 거주하는데, 베이글은 물에 한번 삶은 뒤에 굽는군요? 근데 크림치즈였나요? 빵 양면에 그렇게나 많이 발라 먹으면 큰일이겠는데요. 여기서도 그렇게 바르진 않는데...

데치는과정에서 특유의 쫄깃함?질깃함?이 만들어집니다 어떤곳은 그냥 오븐에서 스팀을 쏘기도 하고요 크림치즈 양은 취향 아니겠어요? 미국이 정답은 아니니까요 쿠키나 보통 디저트는 미국이 훨씬 헤비합니다 그리고 보통 한국인의 정서가 뭐가 푸져보이는 비주얼을 선호합니다

제길, 유대인 전통 베이글이 말이 안 된다고 생각해서 댓글 먼저 쓰고 검색해보니 베이글이 폴란드 지역에 살던 유대인이 만든 거네. 놀랍다. 심지어 베이글이라는 이름도 히브리어에서 나온 거야. 대박~~~.

While as NY yorker, I love bagels, but lately certain bakery start charging outrageous prices ... I start seeing as much as 3.00/piece. It.s good ...but no way is worthed more than 1.00 if handmade. Costco and other machine brands which are as good or better than small shop are charging away less...but still preferred small to support small business if they are considrerated to their customers
