I was at the European and World Champs in Sunderland. He was a dynamic fighter. All of the team members were tremendous.

Don’t train differently Will . I know exactly what you mean . The strength of Shotokan across the associations in the mid 1980’s to 2000’s were of an exceptional standard . It wasn’t just the KUGB . SKI Kodokai had a very strong set of fighters , as did Asano’s SKI.
