Evart Trail | 23 miles of one of THE most technical trails in all of Michigan!

Hey guys ride along with Beta Brian, CAPTAIN250FX and the rest of the guys on one of Michigan's most technically challenging trails! If your looking for a trail with everything.....this is it! Tight single track with mud, roots, plenty of rocks and ……….Hero Dirt!

If your group needs a free field camp 35 minutes from Evart trail let me know I am near Barryton and I have field camping where I hold the Dirtwise Academy. I have ridden that trail since the beginning and now just enjoy the road you crossed in the video. Good video as many ask how tough is that trail, just point them to your video.

Just rode Evart for the first time a month or two ago. Has to have been the most fun i've had on my bike so far! Love the videos dude!

The Sand town trail in the U.P near newberry is good one if you like single tracks through the woods.

Great video! I have tried go pro in the past, but didn't like the mounts that were available. Kept hitting on trees and such. I like that clamp mount you have. What is it called again? Did I hear you talk about Tomahawk? I want to go there badly, need to have Beta Brian let me know when, maybe I can make it? I will keep tuning in for my single track fix, until I can get back that way.😁

Hey Paul, the mount is called Dango gripper. Any yes I said tomahawk sometime this year and I will definitely have Beta Brian give you a heads up, it would be awesome if you could make it!

I ride Evart last October I think it was. It was my first time there. I was on an 83 Maico 250. It was a blast!

@@Captain250FX there's a campground basically on the trail that costs next to nothing. Unfortunately you can't make reservations for a site

Captain #250# FX We had to navigate some deep water on 2 occasions. The ponds were flooding onto the trail . Saturday morning we hit Lincoln Hills Single track .

@@Captain250FX it was extremely fun, only issues I had was I got lost, got onto a road pulled into someone’s driveway for directions and a kid came out with a shotgun

Have both 4 strokes and 2. Like them both. No real problems with either. Don't know why it has to be one or the other(in some guys minds). May be heading up there. Hmmm KTM 300 or '86 Husky 400 or 250...

We have rode that trail several times. Nice trail but hate it all the flat tires and dented rims from all the rocks

I’ve been lucky so far, what PSI you run? I usually do 12psi front 11 back and haven’t had a problem.

I run pretty much the same air pressures.we had a group of about 12 riders and all experienced flats throughout the 4 days we were there

How do you sign up for these scrambles?

You can just show up early and sign up. You'll need a D14 card and AMA CARD which will be good for the whole season then just pay the race fee. You can go to the District 14 website and get the schedule.

This day we were in a big group and stopped and talked a lot so I’m not sure? Normally I’d say 2hrs, just depends on how hard you feel like riding. This is a great semi-technical trail! Thanks for watching!

Looks like nothing more than a FLAT(hills?) race track! I liked Rose City, South Indian River 80's-90's circa, hardly EVER seen anybody in woods those years! P.S Although I do like the fact there is NO 4 WHEEL JUNK allowed here though!
