I would love to hear her sing songs by the late great Mr. Walter Jackson. Mr. Jackson is deceased however his music lives on. If I'm not mistaken he was from Chicago. I recall that he had a disability that did not stop him from performing. I would love to hear her sing his songs especially. "My Funny Valentine". I don't know if she will ever see this but her voice would give his songs new life being sang by her would be amazing. ❤ SJoy Thank you for showcasing her Talent.

Gonna be "brutally" honest here, THAT WOMAN RIGHT THERE SAVED THE GRAMMYS THAT NIGHT 😁👏!!! Samara Joy McLendon, by the time my next birthday rolls around (July 14th) I expect all of your music to be in my 2,000+ CD collection for good. 23 years old and homegirl already sounds like THAT!?!?!? She's just gettin' "warmed up", folks! Man, haven't been this giddy over a female Grammy winner since Esperanza Spalding took home the 'Best New Artist' award nearly 12 years to this day (in front of a VERY shocked and quite disgruntled Justin Bieber camp, mind you)... 😊👍
