On Dr. Martin Luther King, JR's birthday in 1984, an amazing television special was put together featuring many of the big names of the Civil Right Movement, and highlighted by Joan Baez singing stunning versions of O Freedom and Turn Me Around with introduction by Cicely Tyson. A mass choir supports MS Baez. The show was broadcast live from various locations around The United States with MS Baez performing in Atlanta. MS Baez ends her performance with a moving personal message.
