Hope you're ready for a flood of in-person visits. 😂 As for shooting 4x5 hand-held, it depends on camera design. A field camera that looks and works like a miniature 8x10 needs a tripod, yeah. Press cameras were meant to go tripod-free though and work beautifully, especially if you can brace against something solid. A bubble level helps a lot if you don't have to look through a viewfinder.

What is your favourite focusing aid? Would it be possible in the future list what focusing aid a camera has in your product descriptions? For example I wouldn't buy a TLR without split prism.

Used Paterson tanks back in school in the late 70's. Still use them to this day. Did you up the video resolution?

I have a mamiya 7 - 80mm lens with some haze. But, the haze is within the cemented elements. Is it worth trying the UV light trick to removeit ? (IKEA lamp)

Hello guys! So recently I saw that you guys are actually a full on camera restoration company, and are accepting to buy cameras from anyone. I am located in Thailand and am looking to sell some of my gear. I was looking to see to you guys; however, since your company is located very far away, the shipping cost + tax would be extremely high and not worth while to sell a few cameras. Is there a solution for this? Are there other companies that are located in SEA and does the same as you guys? Thanks!
