Unfathomable to me that he isn't more widely known. I thought I knew my blues guys, but the first I heard of Joe was about 5 years ago walking through a Best Buy type of store and they were playing his concert in their TV section. I was already an old fart by some standards. I used to think Jeff Beck was the best guitarist, and Jonny Lang/Buddy Guy being the best at blues. But you are right, Joe is a Master and The Best in the World.

Joe doesn't have the creativity of Jeff Beck. Being the best is subjective.

He's certainly one of the best though. I like him a lot by the way.

I wanted to go this year SO BAD... I wonder how many years they've done this, I know they did a cruise in 2016 also. This cruise is definitely on my bucket list!

@Todd Harig, were you able to make arrangements for KTBA IV? I was on this cruise and I'm booked for next years as well. It was the best time I ever had.

You need to go @Suzanne Houlden. You will have the best time of your life. This February will be the fourth year and they're sold out but there is a waiting list.

Sorry I'm just now seeing your post. I was curious too, so I did pre-register to get info. Seems like it was around $2k per passenger, give or take, although there were various levels too. Wish I could find those emails. Anyway, it's on my bucket list for another year :-)

Hi there! My set up couldn't be more simple. I just use an older Panasonic Lumix DMZ-zs20 camera. they don't make the same one I use anymore, but I'm sure you can pick up a newer model. That's it. The hard part is being completely still and away from extraneous noise while filming as it will pick up conversations around you. Then I run the videos through iMovie on my Mac to bring out the sound a bit better and to try and fix some the lighting problems I may have had at the venue. Some places are too dark and some are overexposed by the stage lighting. Then I upload them. :)

missmoke007 Wow, that is simply! Well they come out really nice. I just bought a Shure MV88 mic for my IPhone 6 Plus. We'll see how it sounds with a live band this weekend....unless hurricane Irma shuts us down! Thanks for getting back to me!!
