I'm puzzled. When I ride on my trainer, TacxFlux II, which power source should I train on or should I trust to train? Garmin's powermeter or Tacx's powermeter. There is a considerable difference between the two around 20 watts more on Tacx's.

I’m 61 years old and have seen heart rates of 186 and 184 bpm in the last couple of club sprints. Should I be worried?

I do perform my 20 min FTP tests on ~5% slope (going uphill). Is there any formula to recalculate results and compare it with what I get performing tests on stationary bike? What is the weight of bike influen on obtained results (different bikes with ~7 kg difference in weight)?
