I love wild animals and I love hunting for harvest. But. I would not go within 40 Feet of an Elk even with an 8Bore you're incredibly screwed if it charges you. I think an Elk might be the biggest thing I have ever seen except for African Elephants which are incredibly passive in captivity but will stomp you in the wild. But between a wild elephant and an elk I think you're more likely to dodge the elephant 😂😅

Yep noticed this right away…Rogan hitting target with lower shin and other guy is hitting it directly with top of foot/closer to ankle…always going to be able to hit harder with more inflexible bone/shin than the foot/ankle which is going to give some. Plus big weight diff and Joe getting that weight behind his kick with better technique than other dude. Pow!

The ultimate illustration of “hip power” versus “leg power”. JR’s roundhouse kicks looked effortless, like he was merely allowing the momentum of the centripetal force he generated in the turn through his hips to simply carry his leg through its natural arc. His kicks cracked like a whip; the physics of it I’d probably quite similar. Joe Rogan’s got excellent technique, you really have to say it.

Joe is loading his hips more, and driving through with his hips with more torso rotation thus generating more power and torque. The kick boxer isnt "turning his kick over" rather than chopping straight through the target his leg is moving diagonally upward. Those kinda kicks dont generate as much power but they sneak under guards and add up over time.

First off your all wrong. Never kick with your foot it will break the pro in the video is kicking properly on the lower shin bone just above the foot full power it's called leverage. Joe kicks a little higher on the shin and can develop alot of power because he is lower to the ground generating power and has perfect technical form facts
@Lukewillcreate
@Lukewillcreate 4 жыл бұрын
There is a sweet spot depending on the kick that should be a certain portion of your lower shin and the outer top foot. This changes slightly one way or the other depending on your technique. If you hit square on the foot you will deliver just as much force otherwise but it's possible your foot will collapse if you strike another bone. Also, depending on the follow through, if you only use the foot, you can snap it backwards when striking bone. Joe's kick here is textbook.
