As soon as I saw the shirt you were wearing I thought 'this is going to blow his mind!'. The original 'Losing It' had no lyrics, it was just music, so Ren wrote all the lyrics to fit into the pockets of the song, as well as slightly remixing the song to better fit his lyrics.

Samuel Perry-Falvey doesn't receive anywhere near the recognition that he deserves. It's great to see you making up for that.

Things about Ren... I never liked Rap... until Ren! I never liked EDM music... until Ren! He's opened up my old arse music playlist!! This Cat Blows my mind!!!

This is my go-to get motivated track. Need to clean the house? Blast Losing It. Huge basket of laundry to fold? Blast Losing It. Feeling low energy? Yep. I've listened to this maybe 500 times and counting. BTW, Sam Perry-Falvey said that he shot some of this, but a lot of it was just shot by Ren and his friends. He has an incredibly talented crew of friends, needless to say. Like attracts like.

Man don’t hesitate to reach out to Samuel PF, Its not like a regular stranger you are both professionals in your field, that makes it networking! Totally valid. Before you even got to that part I was thinking maybe you should look into interviewing him and Jes and the other guy Ren works with, begins with and L I think. You can find it. And probably others. It’s a niche but every reactor needs to find their particular niche. I’ve found i much prefer reactors who emphasise their own skills, even if I haven’t really got a clue about their specialty, fir those few minutes I feel like I’m really learning something.

Hi there from Tasmania, Australia 👋👋🦘🦘🐨🐨✌🏼 Fisher is an Australian DJ/producer of the original House single ‘Losing It’ (2018). He was also a former pro surfer. The song was nominated for a Grammy in 2019-Best Dance Recording. It hit number 1 on the UK and US dance club songs list. I just love how Rèn and Sam have revamped this song and made it another Ren phenomenon. I’ve never been a fan of House music or edm but this is a fusion Ren style and I just love it. Love your sweet self, mate. Keep giving us your great content. After hearing that they used the Insta 360 for filming this I’m busy saving up my money for one. I still have my old faithful Pentax MZ-50 and my Samsung Digital. But there’s just something about old school photography and video that I love more than the crystal clear digital images. It’s kinda like Streaming V CDS V Vinyl debate. I just miss the old school. I don’t miss paying for 24 film camera shots that are mostly duds lmao. @joeesparks7, I was surprised you didn't notice the track suit right away. In the lyrics he says "I'm about to go beast mode, I'm about to go MacBeth", so he's not only wearing the 456 track suit because he's the best in the game, but he's also murdering the competition (like MacBeth). He's a lyrical genius.

Another Easter egg: 456 has significance for Ren, because that's how many days he was isolated (I think he used the word "quarantined") in his room at the height of his illness. He mentions it in a couple of his other songs
