Join AquaFIIT Coach Stacy for a fun filled cardio and toning pool workout that will give you a full body sculpt and challenge your cardiovascular system in just 40 minutes. This workout is designed using basic athletic movements of just jogs and jacks and changing them up so that we keep the body and the brain challenged. This workout is great for ALL levels as there are intensity options given throughout, but it is perfect for beginners as there is no confusing choreography and it helps you ease into pool fitness.
No equipment needed for this one, but you can choose to add aqua gloves to add more challenge to the upper body. Aqua Shoes are recommended. There is a complete warm up and cool down recovery included.
