Otis, now that the final drive is removed send me a picture where that 7/16 bolt is located ….from the back side of the final drive. Thank you for the video, very helpful!

Otis, did you see my second question: Can I access the 7/16 bolt going into the spline (access through the peep hole) by removing the main plate under the battery compartment? That 7/16 bolt is broken off and is allowing movement on the shaft. Some way I need to get it out so it can be properly installed with a new bolt. Is accessibllity possible once that large cover is removed if not open to suggestions.

You don't have to remove the final drive to replace the steering clutches and brake band.

No you don't, but I'm chasing and oil leak that caused the band damage. So the seal for the pilot shaft needed changed anyway.
