Had to do some modifications to the John Deere 7000 planter. Sometimes you have to think out of the box to make things work to meet your needs! We're getting it ready for the corn field. Hope to be planting soon.

Always like to see it when farmers figured out a fix for a problem. Plus it doesn't hit the pocketbook so hard👍

You're right, those old 7000 series planters have a pretty good reputation. Nice work on the upgrades & the repairs. Keep up the good work there.

The planter is looking good. Been mowing today. Tomorrow I have to mow my yard. Then possibly Sunday afternoon go look at another tractor that has a loader on it.

I'm happy with it. Found the hydraulic leak and fixed it. It'll be in the next video. Good luck with the loader tractor! Thanks so much for watching!!

I wouldn't worry about those butt welds. Most of the pipes at our work are butt welded. If they did a true pipe fit and weld, it will be as strong as a normal pipe. Nice work.

They are good at what they do and it looks good. The old planter needs some paint but looks to be in great shape.
