Great explanation on the overview of the right side of the combine. Keep feeding the knowledgea, I soak it up like a sponge. It's obvious the customer takes pride and maintaine his equipment to expensive not too. Definitely catchya at the next one. Stay safe!!

Been cleaned down very well that machine. Got a couple of x9’s running now in our area in uk . Just started going through our 8900 now 👍

Could you go into more detail on the vertical auger lower gear case? Check grease level, fill and does zirk behind pulley fill or fill through plug?

There’s a plug on the side to fill the case with corn head grease to lube the bevel gears. The grease zero behind the pulley greases the bearings on the upper shaft. Lower case holds 9 tubes of corn head grease. You have to fill it through the plug hole.

I’ve got a special tool for it to raise and lower the gear case. I will do a video on it eventually.

Hello. I have a question and I would be very happy iff you can hellp me. In inspeciton of my combine I have notice that seal gap at swing arm of sieve frame in one side is bigger than in the other side. What can be the cause of this? Thank you from Slovenia.😆

Shoe driveshaft position, worn cams, bent sieve frame, material built up behind the seal on one side.

How many hours are on this JDS780? It looks new with missing bolts, cracks in brackets?

1180 engine hours and 860 separator hours.

So the fountain auger. It looks like it has a large cavity that the clean grain elevator is throwing the grain into. Dose it fall out of the bottom of that cavity Untill the grain builds up then the fountain kicks it up?

Yes and it also goes down into the cross auger
