It just sounds fake. There is a way that a laugh typically sounds when not forced and it does not sound like that. If you can't see/hear it then other people can. The most likely inauthentic nature of it is insulting as it's as if he expects us to fall for it, and the laugh itself sounds annoying.

Honestly anyone who has followed this guy since he was on SNL knows the way jimmy is. He finds everything funny that's why he couldn't stop laughing in his skits. Everyone who finds him annoying are new to jimmy and can't get used to his personality.
