So, you are saying that the size/shape/volume of the receptacle of water doesn't have an effect on the shapes/patterns? Otherwise, you would get a different result by just swapping the water receptacle out for something bigger/smaller... This is what I dislike about the tests done with cymatics to "prove" the superiority of 432hz vs. 440hz. You can get multitudes of result for one frequency by change the shape/size of the resonating body.
