Oh yeah that worked - such a gorgeous well written song that it has become a classic- and you guys delivered. Great musicianship all around and the vocals were pretty much as good as it gets - from breathy and vulnerable to gritty and powerful I think you guys should take on a bunch more classics

My favorite Ben Orr track. His entire "The Lace" album is stellar, but "Stay The NIght" certainly a standout! Lost him far too soon. RIP His voice in "Drive" with The Cars is iconic!

This is my mom's favorite song. Remember when I was a kid she'd play it all the time. I'm now 33 and this song is still awesome. Don't know if it's still her favorite though

I love how during the verses, the guitar pattern cycles from the 3rd, to the 5th, then rides out the 2nd. To me, 2nd intervals are very pretty and relaxing.

At first I didn’t like that you didn’t partial mute the guitar chucking in the verse like the original but it actually gives it a fuller sound and sonic beauty!
