Best lesson of this song I've found on KZfaq and great for beginners ... in my opinion. Every beginner needs a song they can play while driving everyone else crazy. I really think this is a good one if you take it by sections as given and go slow memorizing. Everyone wants to run before they can walk as a beginner, don't. walk it, learn t. May Johnny be at peace ... and making music.

Someone earlier pointed out the irony of an Italian who lives in England teaching Americans how to play this song. Not to be repetitious, but I had to learn this for my band. I was not a fan of this song, but your lesson really made this much easier for me. I appreciate your taking the time to share this video. Thank you.

I was just looking for something on how to play the guitar solo and found this video. It was very useful and now I have the basis for the whole song, not just the solo. I like the way he carefully laid out each phrase. I'm a bit unsure of the flourish at the end but I should be able to figure it out.
