Johnny's not drunk or anything else in this video....He's not a good public speaker...He's incredibly shy in such a setting. This has been seen again and again...and this is part of his charm. There have been times he was quite inebriated while public speaking. I would venture to guess that his nerves about public speaking are "soothed"? with drink?...something?...about the prospect of public speaking. Anyhow...however he is...He's Johnny Depp and a beautiful actor and human being. You're a great talent Johnny.

I suppose you already know it was Amber that was arrested for beating up her wife/girlfriend in Seattle. She was charged and went to court for it after spending the night in jail. In the case of her allegations against Johnny...she had not one shred of real evidence to prove her allegations=she was lying so she could get alimony...and everything else she was asking for. She was not an abused wife and did much damage to real victims of abuse by alleging he abused her.

You deserve this award because of the incredible passion and dedication you put in each and every character you portrait, however big or small that character may be. Those qualities and characters, along with the strength I saw in you through difficult times recently, have given me the amazing gift of helping me move past a difficult period of my life and finding my true self again. It's about the ability to connect with another human being's emotions and feeling for them. Empathy can be felt for anybody whether it's a loved one or a complete stranger. I am an empathetic person and I felt his humble gratitude looking in his eyes which made me tear up. I definitely don't see him as a son, trust me!

I saw how meaningful this award was for Johnny because it came from The People. The People's Choice Award is from his millions of fans all over the World. This man needs to feel loved and it's like he just remembered that ppl love him for his job and nothing else really matters. He has remained the same his entire career and life. All these years in movie industry and all his colleagues, co stars, his friends, family members, employees, people around him admire him, love, support and trust him to be non violent, non abusive person but him to be a true gentle man, kind, friendly, Supportive, gentle soul. All those years of his time together with his ex girlfriends like Winona Rider and Venessa Paradis(mother of his children) and they all spoke in his defense, in his support and told that he was/is true gentle man and never ever was abusive towards them. Proves it all that he is for real a good person. For whom his dignity, honestly, truth, his reputation, his family, his self respect/self reflect means everything and he takes a pride in them. I totally get his kind heart, his mentality, him as a person. God bless him and protect him from evil woman like amber. He looks so much better already after he got away from manipulative, abusive, evil partner. He is doing great now, away from her. I feel so heart broken watching the court hearing, such a kind hearted person abused by heartless psychopath, it's unacceptable! The judge is just I know, Johnny Depp deserve justice for all the pain he endured for such long years caused by that psychopath!

He was in an abusive relationship, it wore him down & aged him due to the physical & psychological abuse & stress of it all as he kept it to himself for a longtime. Now he is out of the relationship & starting to thrive again. However until his court case us over in 2022 he will still be reliving those times for court depositions pre trail followed by the actual court appearance. It takes its toll still but at least he is away from her & no longer physically abused....the mental torture will take longer to heal.
