The fact that when the judge said "you asked the question"....he actually wanted to start to argue THAT fact...is comedy gold. Plus, the fact that his gaffe is on KZfaq forever...he is permanent fodder at lawyer bars...like forever. This is what tends to happen when you do NOT have truth on your side. We see this literally every day. Haven't you ever argued with someone and they are wrong...but refuse to cave? So they end up saying the dumbest crap possible...or making the worst excuses. Well, this is the courtroom version of that. Times ten. To the 6th power.

The only explanation to why are her lawyers so bad has got to be because everyone else refused to take a case where she had no evidence against such an iconic person such as JD. This lawyers are the ones who tried to gamble it all on a stage where if they succeeded it would have boosted their careers big time where as to if they didn’t it will yield free advertisements on national TV to get their names out there as the ones who tried to represent a dishonest woman. I swear JD better walk away from this having the last word of the trial “And this will be the day you’ll remember as the day that you almost caught Captain Jack Sparrow” lol

Well if it is in fact hearsay then he (or any lawyer) absolutely should object when they have something objectionable. If it happens often that’s on the witness/expert they have on stand. If every sentence is “ they said blank/ I heard blank/ they said this after blank” then that just means the person on stand needs to be controlled not the lawyer.

I'm watching this after the video with the accountant witness, and I noticed that Heard's lawyers continually said objection after the witness had started speaking, but in this video Depp's lawyers say objection immediately after the question they know will have a hearsay answer. I think they are much better lawyers, and can properly figure out which questions are leading questions, and object, and prevent the witness from answering the leading questions. But Heard's lawyers do not seem to be all that good at it, and only objected when the witness (the accountant) was saying something they didn't want to hear... Huh

Not only that, but they'd constantly object as so speculation and no foundation to items the account absolutely had a factual basis to speak on. Like, the dude was involved from day one on the marriage dissolution negotiations and knows full well the history of said negotiations. How are you going to object to him laying out the facts, the dollar amounts, and the timeline by saying it's speculation and that he has know way of knowing? Pure incompetence.
