Second time you helped me out with the same video. I had a very long electrical starting cord that I was using but it was not starting the blower. Watched your video again and your comment about the importance of having a shorter cord helped me resolve the issue. Thanks!

The video has very helpful info. I have Troy Bilt Storm 2410 blower. It starts OK but engine goes off when I press the auger to start blowing. Any ideas what is going on?

Sounds like something may be stuck. Augers may not be turning due to a possible object caught between the augers and housing. I would check to make sure all of your components on the auger side are spinning freely.

Man one question, I have a push walk behind leaf blower and I can raise and lower the front of the machine using the small hand crank on the blower that brings unit closer to the ground. My question is can you raise and lower newer snowblowers? Other than that you did a fantastic job on coaching, this is my first snowblower and I only got to use it once last season we got about 4 to 5 inches in Enfield Connecticut the date is 1/7/22 we got snow last night and my blower won't start,a friend came over and stated the carburetor is gunked up,probably from dirty gasoline. I took out my spark plug and it was wet like about up to 2 threads from the bottom do I need a new plug?

Try a new spark plug and flush old gas from the carburetor if you can and tank if needed. It sounds like you may need a carburetor rebuild from fuel going bad in the carburetor.
