shahad A lot of American soldiers were stationed in the Philippines back in the day. Filipino women are beautiful so most Americans couldn't help themselves. For example: My grandfather was a civilian employee of united states navy, he was stationed in the Philippines in the 70's, he met my grandmother who is the daughter of a lieutenant colonel of the Philippine army and now I'm typing this message to you. Ta-da!

Doesn't even apply to only Filipino's. XD Every immigrant parent does this! My mom is Jamaican and Vick's was her Holy Grail anytime i was sick. A glob under my nose, rubbed it on my chest. And if I had a headache she would tell me to drink tea because it was gas

It's a black thing too. My sis said her thumb was hurting bcuz she slammed it in the door of the car, my mama mixed vapor and bengay to put some "extra relief" on it, she took her to the Dr 3 wks later bcuz my sis started crying, it was broken 😂😂😂😂😂 my mama was like "well how was I supposed to know" even know with my own kids whenever they get sick, I got the Vicks in my drawer to put it on them lol.

@@oscarsanchez7068 the cursing is real. Im not saying Filipino people curse a lot but most pinoys even our President curse a lot without discretion even if there are little kids aroud. But i understand if it threw you off. Some of his puns are over exaggerated. This is still a joke. You dont take the comedian puns seriously. But yes, most Filipino parents(mostly the traditional ones who lives at the provinces) have vicks vapor rub in their house as first aid for everything. This is just an exaggerated version for comedic purpose
